This final project sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun, albeit a big challenge. Being so open ended, I think the projects themselves will vary incredibly, and I am excited to see what people are going to produce. As of right now, I have no idea as to the narrative that I am going to use, but I do know that I'll be thinking about it for the next couple of months.
Just talking about this final project is getting me nervous. Although it does sound like a lot of fun I sometimes have trouble when things are left so far open. Since we have so much time to think about it though I bet I will be all right. I'm hoping the book can give me some ideas of what I would like to do. I also think that the choice of having it be a music video is just a trap.

I'm really excited to crack down on this final project. I was writing down the things Raph was saying but my mind was coming up with some ridiculous ideas, which seems to happen every time he introduces a final project. I'm going to really have to buckle down and become a total badass with some effects so I can deliver anything close to what I have mind. I love the no limitations part of it, hes giving us a chance to say look what I can do, and hopefully we can pull some cool things off.
Today was interesting. I am really glad Raph went over items for us to think about for the future assignments. I really was thinking about some amazing ideas for our final piece, but I really had some issues following along with everything Raph was saying while I was thinking. I feel I had some good ideas, but I dont know if I can pull all of them off, its more of a technical deficiency on my part. I have to learn more of the ropes with After Effects in order to make everything come together...
Personally, I'm excited that Raph went over the final project today because it gives us plenty of time to both panic and come with really awesome ideas. The one thing I like is that I feel that the final project is basically the "Here to There" project but with basically no boundaries. I feel that having no boundaries will open up some interesting doors for us to explore, which I think is what Raph wants us to do. What really surprised me was when Raph said that we could do a music video, though I wonder if any of us could pull of what he expects for that particular area in the time we have.
Today's class I thought went really well. Raph seemed to be in a good mood and he really clarified at least in my mind what to do for the next two projects. I am actually excited to experiment and do WHATEVER we want for the final project. I am happy also that he told us now so we could think about what we want to do. This is the first time in a while that I have felt confident in what Raph wants from us. I think this is an opportunity for all of us to show what we can do in these programs. I want to try something different and something I have never done before so hopefully it will turn out half decent!
Todays class was another good one. We got a good amount of clarification on what is expected of us for the remanded of the semester and are finally getting into our books. Raph seemed like he was in a good mood today as well as seemed relatively satisfied with the work that he has been receiving from us recently. Al around todays class was very constructive and really got me thinking about what I would like to do for my final project.

Raph assured us that we are not terrible students and noted that he was excited to see what the class puts out.

i thought our story boards were due today, but its good that Raphael spent the time clarifying what he wanted for them. This gave us good insight on how to approach the project as well as introduce our final. The beginning projects had alot of rules to follow, and as the semester unwinds he has less limitations to what we can do for the projects.
