SO, after going to class and finding that Raph would be an hour late, Sean and I decided to just go home and work from there. We're actually doing pretty well, and I have talked to Zach and we are going to be doing our shooting sometime tomorrow. Hopefully we can get the shots we need, I I have high hopes for the super expensive green screen.
Faced with a difficult decision today, either go home and work on the project for an extra hour, or stay in class and wait for raph. John and I decided that the extra hour of work on the project would be the most beneficial and I think I made the right call. Hopefully I can get all my shooting done tomorrow so that I can show something with the person in it Thursday.
So I really wanted to be in the after effects GS tutorial class. Not happy that its after class hours and that I was told about it for the first time today. I hope all of your are GS are awesome cause now mine are probably going to suck.
We got everything figured out so if you want to come in either tonight or tomorrow either zack or I can help you with your green screening if it totally sucks.
Class will be in the studio again on thursday and Zack and I will be in the office tomorrow working on things drop in if you want to head into the studio to do some more shooting.
Glad to know i didn't miss a hell of a lot today. Will probably get most of the filming i need done by tomorrow/ thursday, so this weekend will be chocked full of green screening and after effects goodness.
Pretty much a work day in the Maine Channel Studio. These last couple of classes will be hectic, but productive I think. Since most people had to leave when Raph showed up, he decided to postpone the tutorial so you didn't miss a thing Aaron!
Came in and Raph was super late so left again. Then came back and Raph demonstrated the effects of the camera and how the green light ring interacts with the reflective beads in the material. Hope he's not late next class....
